I decided to shop for this rolling suitcase for a 2-week trip to Italy when I broke my last rolling suitcase on my come trip from Germany when I had solely owned it for three days. 1st of all, i'm currently deployed, which suggests that I had to roll this suitcase through lots of sand, gravel, and a mix of sand and gravel. i do not suppose that the other suitcase would have handled it, however this one really did not break (it is beat up, however not broken!) Suitcases, in general, don't roll well in deep sand and gravel, however I rolled it through anyway as a result of it had been too significant on behalf of me to hand-carry. Second, whereas i used to be rolling my suitcase through sand and gravel, i made a decision to assist out an acquaintenance by putting her fifty lb. duffel bag jam-packed with body armor on high of my rolling suitcase and then rolling it through the sand/gravel. Believe it or not, my suitcase really didn't break.
